Our V alues and philosophies drive behaviors and enable achievement of our mission. A fundamental to the success in our company are these basic V aluess we describe as the four P's

People – our employees are the sources of our vast strength who provide our corporate intelligence and determine our reputation and vitality. Involvement and teamwork are our core human V aluess.

Products – our products are the end result of our teams’ efforts, and they should be the best in meeting or exceeding our customers’ expectations worldwide. As our products are viewed, so are we viewed.

Plant – the company believes its plant is the most technologically advanced in the Electronics industry. We continue to review facility improvements that will increase the utilization of our plant capacity and enables us to build the best quality product for the investment.

Profitability – profitability is the ultimate measure of how efficiently we provide our customers with the best products for their needs. Profitability is required to survive and grow. As our respect and position within the marketplace grows, so will our profit.

Quality comes first is to achieve customer satisfaction, we must take the quality of our products and services … be our number one priority. In the eyes of the customer, our products and services have a reputation for being high quality. We are accountable for ensuring quality is built into everything we do.
